     FELLOWSHIP APPLICATION INFORMATION

                       INSTRUCTIONS

Applications to our program can be submitted through ERAS. Please include all supporting documentation listed in the application including the letters of recommendation. Documents will be sent to us starting December 1, 2008 and we will be accepting applications until December 31, 2008.

The MSU Hematology/Oncology Fellowship Program participates in the National Residency Matching Program (NRMP). After the interview process, the Program Director and other faculty will make a selection of candidates and these candidates will be listed with the National Residency Matching Program in ranking order.

Once a candidate has been selected through the NRMP, the program director will contact the selected candidate(s) and a letter of offer will be made.

We accept applicants on J1 or H1B visas.

Please include the following with your application:

1.  Curriculum Vitae

2.  One page personal statement

3.  Three letters of recommentation

4.  Copy of U.S.M.L. scores

5.  Copy of Medical Degree and ECFMG certificate if applicable


     


  We are currently accepting applications for fellowship beginning in 2010 through ERAS.

    Application deadline is December 31, 2008.
